Open Book Toronto asked me to be their writer-in-residence in November 2013. This is a one month gig where I get to talk about the joys of writing and words for a whole month. I'll be posting nearly daily on their site, doing an interview, making links, and answering questions. I'm so excited. If you want to check out thier website go to Open Book Toronto and see what they're about.

Want your kid to read this Christmas?

Have a non-reader on your Christmas list? Not a problem. Lorimer SideStreets has a whole list of books for that kid who has trouble reading, doesn't like reading, or just doesn't have the time. These short books with great stories and low vocabulary make reading easy and fun.
I have published three books through them - Schizo, Hook Up, and coming out this spring - Touch. Also coming out this spring Boiled Cat - a self published punk rock book with low vocabulary and a great interactive website.
Books, they could be the solution you were looking for.

New plays on their way!

After two seasons of kids' drama kamps and classes, I will soon have a couple of new plays on offer. One is a great Anime based play that ended up like Hamlet. The other is a monster play perfect for Halloween or, really, anytime. With luck, they should be up by next week. Yay!

I have to post more often!

Hi! Yeah, another break in the post stream. Sorry. I've been busy. I'm working on this amazing new website that is going to go with my self-published book called Boiled Cat. You can check out the promo page on this website. You can expect the Boiled Cat book and the website in spring 2013. I'm working with some amazing artists to bring the Boiled Cat site to you. I have Sebastien Ringuette from The Aversion Bureau, Jamie Lewis a multi-talented young woman, and numerous musicians who  will be bringing this Rock n' Roll novel to life. I'm even planning on doing a  bit of animating for it. I have so many people helping out with photos as well. There are character back stories, links to videos and music, and comics. It's going to be so much fun to hang out on. And it's free! You don't even have to buy the book to get there.

AND THAT'S NOT ALL . . . in March my third book in the Lorimer SideStreets series will be out. It's called Touch. It has computer hacking, bad driving, and espionage. Not to mention it's funny. Yeah, pretty awesome. Come this spring I'll have doubled my published work. So please excuse my lapses in posting. I'm trying to make the world a better place and I haven't yet figured out how to make a clone. Check me out on FaceBook for more fequent posts.
